CHILDREN AND YOUTH CAMP

Veli Jože Camp for children and youth is a place where children and youth from the region, Europe and the world can meet in various forms of multi-day stays, since 300,000 m2 of Mediterranean forest and grassy terrain located on the coast allows simultaneous accommodation of many organized groups in various programmes (sports events, preparations and/or trainings, themed camps, seminars and/or courses, excursions, camping, etc).

CAMP ACCOMMODATION - Camping pitches equipped with electricity and running water: 380 - 30 wooden bungalows, beds: 352 - Camp capacity: 3000 *accommodation in private tents on camping pitches in the shade of black pine and stone pine.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH CAMP - enclosed part inside Veli Jože Camp; - two blocks of wooden bungalows with a capacity of 128 beds; - two sanitary blocks; - covered stage suitable for realization of performances; - restaurant; - sports ground for beach volleyball and table tennis; - ideal for different types of children summer camps (sports, entertainment, foreign language learning, excursions, camping, etc.).
CAMP PROFILE - situated right by the sea; - distance to the town centre: 1 km.

INTERESTING FACTS

Because of the proximity of important historical and cultural sites of Istria, various excursions are possible through the inland of the peninsula, from Buje, Motovun, Grožnjan, Pazin, Roč and Hum or along the coastline, to Umag, Novigrad, Poreč, Lim Bay, Brijuni Islands, Pula and other interesting destinations.

The area is ideal for numerous sports activities, such as cycling, trekking, jogging and surfing.
